                                        遥感三十三号卫星发射成功!中国电科“小”器件“大”用途

                                          12月27日23时44分,我国在酒泉卫星发射中心用长征四号丙运载火箭,成功将遥感三十三号卫星送入预定轨道,发射获得圆满成功。这次任务也是2020年中国航天的收官之战。

                                          

                                          助力遥感三十三号卫星技术攻关,中国电科研发了卫星主载荷天线子系统和诸多核心元器件,为卫星全天候、全天时对地微波遥感观测注入不竭动力。

                                          研制生产的环行隔离组件产品,成功解决了产品小型化高功率技术难点,确保了真空条件下对微放电的高抑制要求,发挥了收发、隔离和匹配关键作用;研制生产的集成电路和波控芯片,突破了抗辐●射、多路负基准等技术,产品性能优良、集成度高,可靠性好,满足了整机系统空间应用,可长期在轨工作。

                                          研制的系列收发〒组件,可对信号进行放大,确保信号的高质量稳定输出。其中,某型固放实现了不同轨位的大小功率通信功能,具有动态功率补偿和温度补偿功能,可为扩频应答机的输出信号进行功率放大;某型倍频器产品相位噪声低、功耗小、输出功率稳定度高,频谱纯度高于其他类型组件,可用于卫星数传分系统提供本振信号输出;某型S波段射频收发组件是测控应答机的射频部分,具有动态范围高、噪声小、功耗低的特点,保证了测控应答机的高精数据传输功能。

                                          此外,在长征四号丙运载火箭上,中国电科提供了箭载控制计算机产品,通过采用多模冗余的软硬件协同表决等关键技术,使得控制计算机的可靠性指标满足火箭发射任务的要求。该型箭载控制计算机已参加保障嫦娥四号、高分系列、风云系列等卫星的发射任务,已经成功将50余颗卫ξ星送入预定轨道。
